This waiver includes but is not limited to:

• Data Issues: Data loss, corruption, security breaches, privacy incidents, or platform downtime
• Reliance Damages: Any damages arising from relying on AI-generated analysis, recommendations, or guidance
• Professional Consequences: Career impacts, job loss, reputation damage, or professional setbacks
• Immigration Status: Visa complications, status changes, deportation proceedings, or any immigration consequences
• Opportunity Costs: Missed opportunities, time wasted, or alternative paths not pursued
• Third-Party Issues: Problems with recommenders, employers, organizations, or other third parties
• Any Other Damages: Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages of any kind

YOU ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL DECISIONS MADE BASED ON THIS PLATFORM AND RELEASE EB1A AI FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY.

YOU ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM UPLOADING DOCUMENTS CONTAINING SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION.

Prohibited information includes but is not limited to:

• Social Security Numbers (SSN) or Tax Identification Numbers (TIN)
• W-2 forms, W-9 forms, tax returns, or any tax documents
• Bank account numbers, routing numbers, or financial account information
• Credit card numbers, CVV codes, or payment card information
• Passport numbers, visa numbers, or immigration document numbers
• Driver's license numbers or state ID numbers
• Birth certificates or other government-issued identification documents with ID numbers
• Medical records or health insurance information
• Any other personally identifiable information (PII) that could be used for identity theft

IMPORTANT: You must redact all sensitive information from documents before uploading. Black out or remove any SSN, account numbers, or other prohibited information.

What you SHOULD upload:

• Professional resumes (with SSN redacted if present)
• Letters of recommendation
• Publications, research papers, and scholarly articles
• Press articles and media mentions
• Award certificates and recognition letters
• Conference presentations and speaking engagements
• Professional work samples and portfolios
• Evidence of your professional achievements and extraordinary ability

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from your upload of prohibited information.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• NOT upload any documents containing SSN, W-2, tax forms, or other sensitive personal information
• Redact all sensitive information from documents before uploading
• Not upload malicious files or content that violates laws
• Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Seek professional legal counsel before submitting any petition
• Verify all AI-generated analysis with appropriate experts
• Accept all risks associated with using this AI platform
• Not hold EB1A AI liable for any outcomes

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You will not rely solely on AI-generated content without independent verification and professional legal review
• We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated coaching guidance

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS.

BY USING THIS PLATFORM, YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM EB1A AI FOR ANY REASON.
